Student Organization Application

In order to be accepted as a Student Organization of Southwestern Seminary all forms must be submitted to Student Life before the first day classes each fall semester and approved by the Student Life Director and Dean of Students.

I understand this application will be reviewed by the Student Life staff and Dean of Students for approval. Student Life staff may request additional information or a meeting to discuss the organization mission, purpose, and/or activities. I agree to work alongside the Student Life Office, informing them of any changes and activities in the organization.
