Login with your SWBTS email username and password information
After a successful login, you will see a screen that lists each of the SRT's for the current semester. When you are ready to complete a survey, click on that survey link.
The survey will appear and will have a series of questions and a range of responses from "Strongly Agree" to "Strongly Disagree." Move your cursor over the appropriate bubble and click. Then move on to the next question. Each of the three sections will have a space for you to type out your verbal comments. These will be forwarded to your professor with the results of the survey.
Once the survey questions are completed, you will need to click the "Survey Completed" button to officially process your survey. You will not be allowed to close the survey until all the questions are completed.
After a survey is completed, it will not appear in your list of SRT's.
After all surveys are completed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that you have completed the SRT process.
