The Urban Economics & Ministry Conference The theme for the 2014 Urban Economics and Ministry Conference is “The Urban Church as a Catalyst for Human Flourishing.”  The focus will be on poverty, wealth creation in urban contexts, and education.  Speakers include Dr. Tony Beckham, a noted business consultant and scholar, Mr. Ryan Bomberger, the Chief Creative Officer of the Radiance Foundation, and Mr. Jim Petty of the Children’s Jubilee Fund of Philadelphia.  The conference will take place on February 6-7, 2014. Registration for the workshop is $20 for students and $40 for non-students.
