Requirements: Applicants must demonstrate a genuine faith in God, and be from Western Washington, California, Colorado, or Hawaii. Applicants must demonstrate a pattern of volunteer service in church or community.

1. An introduction of the individual
2. A summary of the applicant's degree program
3. The total amount of the funds that are needed for the program
4. How this program will help achieve the furthering your personal goals
