Robert Overton

Dr. Overton served as the pastor of Baptist churches for 47 years, the last 31 years at the Rice Temple Baptist Church of Houston.  He has taught at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary's Houston campus since 1983.  Since 2001 he has served as Interim Pastor for five churches, conducted many Bible conferences in churches, done supply preaching in numerous churches, and been a consultant to many pastors.
