Dr. Hoskins graduated from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 2002, where he began teaching New Testament full-time in 2001. He completed his dissertation under the supervision of D. A. Carson. His revised dissertation is published in the Paternoster Biblical Monographs series with the title Jesus as the Fulfillment of the Temple in the Gospel of John. His research and teaching areas include the Gospel of John, the Synoptic Gospels, Revelation, New Testament theology, and the use of the Old Testament in the New Testament, and racial reconciliation. He ministers in a local church where he is a practitioner and student in the area of racial reconciliation and multiethnic ministry.
