All prospective students to Southwestern, regardless of the specific school they plan to attend, apply for admission through the registrar's office. Click here to download application forms or request them by mail from the registrar.
In addition, students planning to enter a doctoral program will submit a doctoral application through the office of the Associate Dean, Academic Division.
