For 90 years, the School of Church Music has trained students who have been successful in various aspects of music and ministry. They have become worship leaders and ministers of music, performers, teachers, composers, scholars and music missionaries.
The faculty are world-renowned and are active in ministering, performing, composing and publishing. Our performing ensembles receive accolades from critics and are involved in various professional venues, including our many performances with the Fort Worth Symphony. We have an excellent music library and superb performing facilities. Our students have outstanding opportunities to minister, perform, teach and be involved in various music programs in churches throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Thanks to subsidies provided by the Southern Baptist Cooperative Program, our tuition is one of the lowest in the country!
