Conference Room Layouts

We offer several room layout options and schematics to accommodate party sizes from 12 to 600. We also offer food and media services if your event requires these services.

Conference Services

Our conference coordinators can help you:

  • Determine conference objectives
  • Develop a planning timeline for a conference
  • Develop a budget
  • Coordinate registration
  • Reserve lodging
  • Coordinate breaks and meals
  • Prepare name tags

Conference Facilities

We have a variety of meeting and conference rooms that can be arranged to meet your needs.
In addition, we have two auditoriums ranging in seating capacity from 500 to 1200.

We can Provide:

  • Arrangement of general a session meeting room
  • Arrangement of additional break-out rooms
  • Audio-Visual Equipment
  • Preparation of registration and conference signs

Guest Housing

Southwestern Seminary has guest rooms to accommodate individuals, families, and church groups.

Southwestern Seminary utilizes the services of Southwestern Dining Services in providing food for the events we host.
