
When do I need to be there/when does it start?
Formal registration will begin Friday at 8:00 a.m. in Riley Center 150.
Will food be provided?
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided at no charge on Friday.
What do I need to wear?
Either casual (i.e. jeans and t-shirt) or business casual (i.e. slacks or khakis and dress shirt) attire is perfectly fine. Of course, modesty and wisdom (such as taking off hats in chapel) is always the guideline.
Can I bring friends or family?
Family and friends are welcome to attend! Please include them in the appropriate box when you register for the event at www.swbts.edu/previewconference. Please keep in mind that we do not offer childcare, although children are welcome at every event at the Preview Conference.

What are the benefits of attending?
Southwestern’s Preview Conference is a great way for you to get to know the Seminary or College, respectively. You will get to see the campus and meet the faculty, staff, and students that make up Southwestern. Conference attendees will receive a free t-shirt, get some free food, and students who apply at the preview conference will have their application fee waived!

The Preview conference ends Friday evening at 8:00 PM.
How do I sign up?

Is there a deadline for signing up?
There is no deadline to register but only the first few to sign up receive free housing.
Can I stay on campus for more than the two nights offered?
After the two nights offered guests will be responsible for their stay, depending on availability. You will need to request additional nights and make payment arrangements by calling 817-923-1921 ext. 8800.
