This seminar will explore the components involved in and the tools needed to foster leadership principles necessary for 21st century ministry. The seminar will focus in on such subjects as the what and how of critical thinking, the process of decision making, and the process whereby a minister/pastor can build a powerful ministry team. Expository preaching will also be a focal point since it is a critical part of pastoral leadership. The seminar will also explore the principles of "Servant Leadership," including the concept of how to embrace suffering as a necessary part of God's plan for the minister's heart.
