Level 1: August 23-24, September 6-7, September 27-28

Level 3: August 16-17

Certificate levels 1, 2, and 3 in Biblical Counseling: Levels 1 and 2 training will be offered in the Fall 2013 semester on three separate weekends, August 23-24, September 6-7, and September 27-28. The cost for all three sessions of a level is $250, which includes materials and refreshment breaks. Level 3 training will be only one weekend on August 16-17. The cost of Level 3 is $160. The courses will be led by Dr. John Babler. Classes will meet Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Level 1 must be completed before taking level 2 courses. Levels 1 and 2 must be completed before taking level 3 courses.

Advanced Expository Preaching Workshop
October 7, 2013

Designed to assist pastors in mastering the techniques of preaching, this Advanced Expository Preaching Workshop will focus on preaching the book of Revelation. After surveying the structure and interpretation of these passages, you will learn from experienced scholars and preachers how you can better develop and deliver sermons from these chapters from the Gospels.

The Art of Homemaking Conference

The Art of Homemaking Conference will focus on topics such as: God's paradigm for the homemaker, the impact of feminism on the home, spiritual formation through family worship and more. The conference will be held in the Riley Center, October 25-26. The cost of attendance is $50 for non-students and $25 for students. 3 hours of Women's Studies class credit is also available.

The Kingdom Professionals for a Global Impact Conference, sponsored by the Richard Land Center for Cultural Engagement, addresses the dynamics of Christian business people interested in engaging the world with their skills for the common good and God’s good for all peoples everywhere. Christian leaders and businesses can influence and impact individuals, families and communities around the world for spiritual and moral benefit through development, industry and service. They can contribute and enhance the life of people and nations through their unique and special skills in the fields of medicine, sports, engineering, technology, education and numerous other fields of expertise.
