Southwestern faculty, alumni included among ERLC’s new research fellows

The Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention announced August 11 that it is launching a new Research Institute to equip churches to engage ethical and cultural issues of the day. Fellows of the institute include scholars and professionals from prominent institutions, including Southwestern Seminary faculty, staff, students and alumni.

In the ERLC’s official press release, ERLC President Russell Moore said, “The aim of the Research Institute is to be a catalyst to connect the agenda of the Gospel to the complex questions of the day—and to do so at the highest levels of academic scholarship for the good of local congregations.
