Student Recitals

If you plan to present a recital at any point in your studies at SWBTS, please read the Recital Quick Reference Guide. It contains all the information you will need to schedule your recital.

If you are presenting a senior, graduate, or doctoral recital, you must open, read, and complete each of the following documents.

• Date Reservation Form
• Program Submission Template
• Sample Program 
• Style Guidelines for Program Preparation
• Stage Requirements Form
• Guidelines for Use of McNeely Faculty Room
• Reception Room Reservation Form
• Instrument Loan Form

All information should be submitted to the Performance Secretary no later than one month before your recital date. Late submissions may result in the postponement of the recital date.
