Payment Plans

Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary partners with Official Payments Corporation (OPC) payment plan to provide students the opportunity to spread the cost of tuition and fees over the semester. OPC payment plans accept automatic payments from your checking, savings, or credit card account. The fees associated with payment plans are listed below.

  • Non-refundable application fee of $25 for setting up each payment plan
  • Convenience fee of 2.5% for each installment made on a payment plan if paid by credit card or debit card. (Credit Card Options include MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.)
  • Late payment fee of $5.00 or 5% (whichever is less) for payments made after the 10th day of the installment due date or if the payment is declined.
  • NSF fee of $15.00 for each electronic check payment that is declined.

Account Payments

Students may always pay on their accounts without setting up a payment plan. These payments may be made with MasterCard, Discover, American Express or an electronic check online through WebAdvisor (webadvisor.swbts.edu).
